Framery Secures Operations Across 15 Countries with Advania and Okta

Framery, a pioneer in soundproof workspaces and phone booths, has improved identity and access management across all its offices in 15 countries by partnering with Advania to implement Okta. The result: stronger security, a seamless user experience, and greater operational efficiency.

With nearly 400 employees serving customers in 98 countries, Framery needed a scalable solution to support its global operations. Okta, combined with a Zero Trust approach and centralized device management, enables secure, password-free access to systems across platforms and locations. To further enhance security in 2024, Framery deployed a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, also delivered by Advania. Integrated with Okta, the MDR system continuously evaluates risk levels for both users and devices before granting access. Device protection is automated from the moment a new device is deployed, regardless of operating system. Advania supported Framery throughout the process—from system integration and implementation to ongoing maintenance and development. By combining modern IAM tools with a proactive IT strategy, Framery has strengthened its security posture, simplified IT operations, and built a solid digital foundation for continued growth.
