Advania delivers services across the Nordics, the United Kingdom and Ireland, supporting customers in more than twenty industries. Our markets vary in size and maturity, yet operate within similar macroeconomic environments and often evolve in parallel.

Each company adapts to its local context. Some already provide the full range of Advania services and solutions, while others are expanding capabilities and building new areas of expertise. The same applies to culture. In some markets

Alongside our Northern European operations, Advania has seven specialised talent hubs: South Africa, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Poland, Spain, Germany and the United States.

These hubs are not separate markets. They are fully integrated parts of our organisation and culture. They exist because of exceptional talent and provide highly skilled professionals who contribute directly to delivery and innovation.

Each hub works closely with the markets it supports:

  • South Africa supports the United Kingdom
  • Serbia supports Iceland
  • Poland and Sri Lanka support Norway
  • Spain and Germany support Sweden
  • The United States supports specialised functions

Although these locations are sometimes described as nearshore, we view them differently. They are equal parts of our organisation and connected to our culture, leadership and people development just like any other Advania team.
This distributed network strengthens our ability to deliver high quality services across borders while remaining true to our decentralised model.
