At Advania, responsibility starts at the top. Our governance structure ensures sustainability is embedded throughout our organisation, from board-level oversight to local implementation.
Our Group CEO holds overall responsibility for sustainability, supported by dedicated committees and local teams. The Head of Group Corporate Responsibility drives our sustainability strategy, while local CEOs implement these initiatives in their markets, with sustainability targets linked to their remuneration.
Our Board of Directors, with equal gender representation and seven nationalities, brings diverse perspectives to our sustainability journey. Three specialised committees – Compliance and Sustainability, Talent and People Strategy, and Audit – ensure comprehensive oversight of our environmental and social impact.
This structured approach, combined with clear policies aligned with UN Global Compact principles, enables us to turn sustainability commitments into measurable results across all our operations.
