• Advania has acquired 100% of the shares in Solv from management and other shareholders.
• Advania is the leading IT-services provider for the mid-market in Northern Europe, with operations in Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Iceland, Finland, and Denmark.
• Solv is a Norwegian, privately owned IT services company specializing in large advisory, design and development projects offering tailored solutions for their customers.
• The acquisition enables Advania to scale its existing services and introduce new services to clients in Norway.
