- Advania has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in RTS from ShortCap and management.
- The transaction is expected to close during Q4 2023, pending regulatory approval.

- The acquisition enables Advania to expand its existing services and introduce new services to clients in Sweden.
