A Transformative union:
The Advania-Visolit story

When Advania acquired Visolit, a SEK 3 billion leader in corporate IT and cloud services, in 2021, two complementary forces merged to unlock extraordinary potential. The integration journey showcased the power of cultural alignment and local autonomy. By splitting Visolit's operations between Norway and Sweden, the integration honoured Advania's decentralised model while preserving each region's unique strengths. The results exceeded all expectations.

Remarkable growth in Norway

The transformation in Norway tells an exceptional story. From a specialized VAR to the country's leading end-to-end IT services provider, Advania Norway grew sixteen-fold. The team expanded from 50 to 800 professionals, while employee satisfaction soared, and staff turnover dropped by 31%. Customer engagement flourished – new contract sales jumped 56%, and customer churn plummeted from 11.4% to 3.2% in just twelve months.

Swedish success story

Sweden's results proved equally impressive, with new contract sales surging by 162% during the integration year and customer churn cut in half.

Completed in just 18 months, the integration achieved annual synergies of SEK 130 million. The Advania-Visolit story stands as a testament to what's possible when shared vision meets careful execution – growing not just bigger, but better.
