During the digital event HPE Discover Virtual Experience, HPE announced the winners of the 2020 Partner Awards, with focus on customer excellence, innovation and growth. Advania Sweden was the only Swedish company that got elected. “We believe in the power of collaboration”, says Göran Gustavsson, responsible for managed services at Advania Sweden.
After an extensive process and complex certifications, Advania Sweden is now given the specialization status of Platinum Partner by Aruba, A Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. The status is a token of Aruba’s and Advania’s deepening partnership. Together, Aruba and Advania will lead the digitization of Nordic companies and organizations.
The Länsförsäkringar Alliance invests heavily in new digital solutions in order to create a seamless customer experience, regardless of channel. This new contact center, in the shape of the world leading CX platform Genesys Contact Center, Länsförsäkringar will be able to meet all of their customers’ needs. Advania has been chosen to lead the project.
Since Tyréns, a leading consulting company within engineering and design, founded their new business group, a need for improved communication between the countries was discovered. To allow for growth and cooperation an adjustment of the digital transfer of information was required. "Our goal is to seize the opportunity of this digital transformation.", says Tyréns CIO Ylva Berg.
Advania adds the latest piece to its Nordic expansion puzzle by acquiring the Danish IT company Kompetera. Hence, Advania is now the only full IT service provider present in all the Nordic countries.
Advania was nominated in nine out of twelve categories at the honorable Swedish award show Guldmyran last week. Five of these nominations resulted in an award. That's a new record for Advania, who won prizes for best HP Personal System, HPE As a Service, HP Strategic Deal, HPE Intelligent Edge and HPE Partner of the Year.
As the demand of digitalization continues to rise among Nordic organizations, so does the need for a partner who can take on complex and innovative projects. A year after entering Finland, Advania strengthens its presence in the region to add more value to customers operating on the Finnish market.
Advania Norway has sold the business solutions part of the operation to Columbus; a Danish listed IT services and business applications company (OMX: COLUM). Hence, Advania Norway will focus on IT infrastructure services, Contact Centre solutions and strengthening its position as an independent software vendor for the real-estate market.
To support a sustainable supply chain in the IT industry, Advania has become a member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). The whole company will now implement the RBA code of conduct for suppliers, and is one of the few Nordic organizations that are regular members of the organization.
Advania would like to thank the many guests that met us at our Fall Conference in Reykjavik. Almost 40 speakers shared their thoughts on the opportunities and challenges that IT brings to all parts of society.
With the acquisition of Itello, Advania takes a strong position in the IT infrastructure market in Norway - in one year the turnover goes from NOK 0 to 600 million. All 19 Itello employees will continue at Advania. Personal, experienced and dedicated customer contact is main priority as the companies now merges.
In line with Advania signing the UN Global Compact's 10 principles, the Advania Group continues its work on a better future with the concept Sustainable offers, initially focusing on the Swedish market. The initiative aims to take a more comprehensive approach to involve and facilitate the customers' environmental and sustainability work.
